Delivery and returns

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days of your order. Priority delivery can be selected at checkout, we aim to despatch all express delivery purchases on the same business day if order if placed before 1pm or the next business day. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, shipments sent on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Any returns received outside of this time frame (except for faulty or damaged products) will be subject to rejection at our discretion.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at support@capitalangling.co.uk.
Our team will aim to get back to you as soon as possible to process the return.
You will be sent a returns form once the request has been reviewed.
Please specify the exact reasons for your return request and provide your order number.
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs if a return is deemed to be the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS PERIODS
To process a refund or exchange, we must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Any Christmas gifts purchased between 19th October 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned up to 15th January 2025.

Unwanted Goods
Any unwanted goods that have been purchased within 30 days of receipt, can be returned.

These must be unused and in their original packaging.
Items can be returned for a refund as store credit or back to the original payment method or an exchange.

If you are returning goods via post, please ensure you obtain proof of the postage so you have evidence they have been posted.

Please ensure to enclose a cover letter in your returned parcel including your name, billing address, and order number. Failure to enclose any identifying information may result in significant delays when replacing or refunding your item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: Any products returned without a returns note will not be processed. Any products returned outside of the return period specified above (except for faulty or damaged products) may be rejected or may only qualify for a partial refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may instead return your purchase to you. Before sending it, you will be charged the applicable delivery fee for the products and your location.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
No refund or exchange will be processed without a valid receipt, delivery note, or proof of purchase.

PROCESSING
We aim to process all returns within 3-4 business days of the item being returned to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Most products available are guaranteed by manufacturers' warranties for up to 1 year after purchase. Some products have longer warranty periods, and this will be noted in the product description. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear. In the event of a product becoming faulty, please contact our customer service team who will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note due to manufacturer processing times this can take 6-8 weeks and is out of our control. We will do everything we can to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible for you.

CARE HANDLING OF GOODS
When your products arrive, please fully inspect them and try any items on for size. Should you decide not to keep your purchase, you have a statutory duty to ensure care is taken of the goods. Please ensure goods are not damaged, and the packaging is kept intact. Should you decide to return any item, it must arrive in new condition with all packaging undamaged.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to reject or deduct any amount due by way of compensation for repairs to cover any losses where the correct care has not been taken and returned in an as-new state.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Should you be unsatisfied with the service you have received, you can directly complain to hello@capitalangling.co.uk, giving as much information as possible including your name, order details, and a clear description of the dispute or complaint. Please include your contact details, and this will be investigated by a senior member of our team to aim to find a solution as quickly as possible.
